THREE people have died on Cheshire's roads in a series of horrific accidents.

Despite their best efforts, emergency services were unable to save the lives of the three victims of separate accidents - a driver, a pedestrian and a car passenger. nFormer Frodsham High student Kirsty Dyson, 23, was killed when the red BMW being driven by her boyfriend overturned on the A56 Warrington Road on Sunday night.

The couple were travelling towards Helsby on wet roads when their car went out of control and crashed into a wall at Dunham Hill garage Motorlink.

Now heartbreaking messages and flowers rest at the scene where young Kirsty, who had recently moved from Frodsham to Helsby, lost her life.

The card from her boyfriend, reads: 'You were my partner, my soul mate, my best friend. I will love you till the end of time. I miss you so much. I will never forget you, you rest for eternity in my heart. I love you. Martin.'

Close friend Lynn Ashcroft, who worked with Kirsty at Frodsham chip shop E and J Fry Day's when she was younger, said: 'She was one hell of a girl who's going to be really missed. Kirsty was perfect in every way.'

William Rea, of Rushton Lane, Little Budworth, died of natural causes behind the wheel of his black Renault Clio while driving along Beech Lane, Cotebrook, on Saturday morning. The accident occurred at 9.06am on Saturday on Beech Lane, at its junction with Eaton Lane.

Mr Rea's car collided with a road sign on the nearside of the road. The 64-year-old male was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact Sergeant Blair Wilson at Chester on 01244 613168, or Constable Steve Francis on 01244 614270. nA 58-year-old man died in hospital after he was dragged off the pavement and under a yellow HGV while walking along Capenhurst Lane just before noon on Tuesday.

The pedestrian from Great Sutton sustained severe head injuries and was taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital.

Cheshire Constabulary are investigating the collision which occurred at approximately 11.55am. Roads were closed at Dunkirk Lane with the junction of the A5117 and the Wirral 100 roundabout.

Police are appealing for witnesses to this collision to contact them, especially the driver of another HGV on the opposite side.
