Motorists heading into Chester on the A55 are facing delays and heavy congestion due to a broken down lorry.
Traffic is moving very slowly eastbound between the Posthouse roundabout and Sainsbury's roundabout, but all lanes have now been reopened.
Normal traffic conditions are not expected to resume until 9.45am, according to Highways England.
