A former footballer's luxury Cheshire mansion could be yours – for a few thousand quid shy of £7m.
The house, which was built in 2008, belongs to ex-Liverpool, Real Madrid and England winger Steve McManaman.
The 44-year-old initially tried to offload the property in February 2014, but found no takers for £6.9m.
Now McManaman has reduced the asking price to £6.75m on the home, which has seven double bedrooms and as many bath and shower rooms.
The mansion also boasts a state-of-the-art gym and indoor swimming pool which opens up on to the secluded garden.
McManaman was born in Bootle, and despite retiring at Manchester City, the BT Sport analyst certainly hasn't forgotten his Liverpool roots, with several pictures of John Lennon in the home.
The McManaman mansion, which is on the northern outskirts of the county within Cheshire's so-called 'Golden Triangle' of affluent towns and villages, also benefits from a separate annex, which has another apartment, with a living room, kitchen and bedroom.
