DORIN Park and Dee Banks Special Schools, part of The Wirral and Chester riding for the disabled, held their annual Gymkhana at the Fox’s Riding School on June 19, 2013. The Chester Lions Club provided the food for the picnic, the cost for the hire of horses and the medals for each rider taking part.
The president of Chester Lions Club, Lion Phil Taylor, with the help of The Lord Mayor of Chester councillor Jill Houlbrook presented the medals to the riders. Sixteen children, with the help of the volunteers and teachers, from the two schools took part.
