Chester's newest Sports Direct store opened in the Grosvenor Shopping Centre last weekend.
And customer feedback has been mainly positive about the new store, which has created more 20 jobs in the city.
Area Manager Chris Bellingham said: “We’ve been really pleased with the customer feedback we’ve received over the opening weekend.
"Customers have spoken very positively about the vast range of new products available to them in the town centre now as well as the impressive shop layout and customer focused sales team," he added.
The 13,000 sq ft store features a range of top sports brands including Nike, Adidas, Lonsdale, Puma and Dunlop, and the new one also includes dedicated instore areas for running, outdoor, football, golf and more.
