Police are looking for witnesses following an alleged racially motivated assault on a man at a Chester nightclub.
The 26-year-old victim, from Ellesmere Port, was assaulted whilst leaving Rosies at about 3:15am on Sunday, April 5 by an unknown man who made a comment about the victim being English before pushing his head through a window.
The suspect is described as having dark hair, wearing a dark coloured T-shirt and speaking with a Welsh accent.
The victim was treated at hospital for minor injuries and released the next morning.
Cheshire police are asking anyone who might recognise the man from CCTV images or who may have witnessed the incident to call them on 101 quoting incident number 300 of April 5 2015. Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
