Northwich was transformed into a hub of crafts, music and individuality for the second Teenage Market of 2016.

Some 15 traders manned stalls selling uniquely handcrafted items while performers from the Amplify Youth Music Project rocked the town.

Held on the High Street between McDonalds and the Bull Ring and running alongside the monthly artisan market, the event provided youngsters from in and around the town with an opportunity to make a name for themselves and gain some valuable real-life experience of performing or trading at a public event.

The event was organised by The Northwich Business Improvement District (BID) and The Market Co.

Northwich BID officer Mark Henshaw said: “Once again I was blown away by the quality of the products on show and thoroughly enjoyed listening to the Amplify acts who played all day.

“It was a great way to spend a Saturday and I would just like to say ‘thank you’ to everyone who traded, performed or visited – they helped make another special event.”
