NO OBJECTIONS were raised by town councillors or by neighbours when plans were put forward for alterations at a modern detached house close to a primary school and a clinic.

The application was put forward at 10 John Yeoman Close, Little Neston, by Sean Oliver who told planning officers at Cheshire West and Chester Council he was seeking approval for a single-storey extension at the rear of the property and for the conversion of the garage.

Double glazed doors would be fitted in the side of the garage facing into the side garden of the house.

Neston Town Council had no objection and no representations were made by neighbours who were consulted. The borough council agreed the application could have permission.
