RED Nose Day at Newton Primary School was celebrated with a host of activities.
Pupils raised more than £600 for Comic Relief by arranging lots of red-themed fundraising activities including wearing your onesie to school, a red non-uniform day, a cake bake sale and games.
Three Year 5 girls Becky McGrath, Amber Woodbury, Layla Booth also undertook a challenging sponsored silence which lasted all day until midnight.
