A 21-year-old man has sadly died after the motorbike he was riding was involved in a collision with two other vehicles near Kelsall on Monday evening (November 8).

The motorcyclist, who was from Winsford , was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident at the junction of the A54 Kelsall Bypass with Ashton Lane.

His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist family liaison officers.

Now police are appealing for information about the fatal collision, which involved a blue Hyundai Coupe and a bronze Volvo, as well as the victim's black and red Aprilia bike.

Sergeant Paul Marsh, the investigating officer, said: “Kelsall Bypass is a busy road and I’m keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time of this incident and believes that they may have witnessed the collision.”
