Police say a man who suffered serious head injuries following an industrial accident at a barn in Stoak yesterday (Thursday, February 4) is currently in a stable condition in hospital.
The man had to be airlifted to Aintree Hospital following the incident on Church Lane, which has since been referred to the Health and Safety Executive.
A spokesperson for Cheshire police said: "At 13.40 yesterday we were called to a report of an industrial accident at a barn in Church Lane, Stoak.
"Officers attended the scene and a man was taken to hospital with serious head injuries. He remains in a stable condition at Aintree Hospital. The incident has been referred to the Health and Safety Executive."
