Man on sex charge banned from Lache

A 56-YEAR-OLD man has been banned from Lache after he was accused of three sexual offences.

A 56-YEAR-OLD man has been banned from Lache after he was accused of three sexual offences.

Philip Graham Hughes, formerly of Mount Pleasant, Saltney appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday (January 6).

He has been accused of engaging in a sexual act in the presence of a teenager under the age of 16 and touching a woman sexually without her consent.

He has been bailed to appear at Chester Crown Court on February 2. In the meantime, he must stay out of the Lache area and not have contact with anyone under 16.
