A man has been fined for breaching a criminal behaviour order after he was seen acting suspiciously near a Blacon primary school.

Neil Tushingham was arrested by officers after they received reports of a male behaving suspiciously on the cycle track near The Arches Primary School at around 4pm on Friday (January 15).

The 44-year-old was charged with breaching a criminal behaviour order and appeared at Chester Magistrates Court yesterday (Monday) where he received a £50 fine, victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.
