A MAN indecently exposed himself and performed a sexual act in front of a dog walker in Chester.
The incident happened at about 1pm on Sunday (September 18) when a woman was walking her dog in the area of Upton Heath at the rear of Chester Zoo and the canal.
The man, who exposed himself to her while performing a sexual act, is described as being between 30 and 50 years-old and dressed in a blue baseball cap and blue zipped top.
Inspector Phil Hodgson said: “Although the man did not approach the woman, police are gravely concerned about the lewd conduct of the man and appeal for anyone who may have any information that may assist police in tracing the male.”
