A man from Northwich has been issued with a two-year anti-social behaviour order on conviction which prevents him from entering a number of locations within the town.
The CRASBO issued to 23-year-old Jamie Lee Tomlinson prevents him from entering Northwich town centre, Northwich Retail Park, Tesco Supermarket on Manchester Road and the Co-Op store on Chesterway.
The order also prevents Tomlinson from approaching members of the public for the purposes of begging in any of the defined areas.
The order was initially issued to Tomlinson at West Cheshire Magistrates Court on October 26.
