MEMBERS of Cheshire Young Farmers’ Club (YFC) took part in the annual rally at Reaseheath College in Nantwich which featured a range of competitions including stock judging, woodwork and athletics.

At the culmination of the day, Clare Sadler, a member of Malpas YFC, was chosen as the new Cheshire YFC Dairy Queen.

She will be joined in her role as Cheshire YFC ambassador by two Dairy Maids – Rachel Billington, a member of Congleton YFC and Francesca Speed, a member of Sandbach YFC.

Over the next 12 months the trio will represent Cheshire YFC at a number of events around the county and beyond.

Malpas YFC rounded off a successful rally day by winning the prestigious Moody Bowl trophy, which is awarded to the club gaining the most points in Cheshire YFC competitions over the last 12 months.

Beeston YFC took the runners-up position in the Moody Bowl rankings.
