ACTORS are preparing to get families in the festive spirit with a new version of Dickens’ classic A Christmas Carol.
Kingsley Players are getting ready to perform to packed crowds this month as they take to the stage to entertain with their annual festive panto.
This year’s performance, The Amazing Mr Scrooge, is a musical version of the much-loved classic with the actors performing a range of songs written and directed by Arnold Ashbrook from Norley.
Director Mary Lightfoot said: “We have a large cast of adults and children who are in fine voice and ready to launch the festive season with a wonderfully inspiring tale of Christmas cheer.”
The Amazing Mr Scrooge runs from Wednesday, December 5, to Saturday, December 8, at Kingsley Community Centre.
