Children from Guilden Sutton Preschool got their green fingers in action to replant flower beds outside the village shop.
They transformed this area which was overgrown and overlooked into a bright and cheerful place for the whole community to enjoy.
The children had a great time getting stuck into the task and were proud to show it off to their parents at home time.
Preschool supervisors thanked Walkers Nursery who supplied the plants for the project, Dandy’s Topsoil who suplied the compost and John Carswell who supplied them with some signs to mark the children’s hard work.
