A FORMER Chester man has died after his bicycle collided with a van on the A533 Central Expressway in Runcorn.
Michael Andrew Killemede, 47, from the Brookvale area of Runcorn, but originally from the city, collided with a Renault box van at 12.05pm yesterday (Thursday, June 30).
Michael was thrown from his bike and the extent of his injuries resulted in him being pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the truck, a 39-year-old man, was not injured.
