Flooding has caused a slip road on the A483 to be closed after torrential downpours hit the region today (January 3).
North Wales Police have been forced to close the northbound exit slip road at Junction 7 for Rossett, between Wrexham and Chester.
Highways officials were in attendance dealing with the flood water and there were delays in the area as a result.
The slip road was reopened just before 5.30pm.
Earlier in the day, Cheshire Police also warned of flooding on Littledales Lane, Hartford, Northwich , and Whitegate Road in Winsford .
