The Chester Food Drink and Lifestyle Festival will expand its appeal this Easter by launching Artfest for 2015.

At Artfest you can expect to view famous faces, trains, boats, wonderful vistas of sea and landscapes all together as part of the Chester Food, Drink and Lifestyle Festival on the famous Chester Racecourse.

The Grosvenor Art Society is at the centre of ArtFest and will offer an eclectic display of art works from abstract, agricultural, architectural, fantasy and realism.

The collection of paintings, prints, greetings cards and various ‘objects d’art’ will make your choice of what to buy and take home hard to make.

Come along to ArtFest and see for yourself how it’s done, pick up a paint brush or pencil and have a go with interactive artists or watch one or all three of the famous artists who will be demonstrating on a daily basis.

Artists putting on free seminars are:

Geoff Kersey, a watercolourist from Derbyshire who has published 12 books on the technique.

Joe Francis Dowden, an international landscape and marine artist who is currently commissioned by the Russian Government and sells his art all over the world.
