AN EXTENSION to a terraced suburban home would be in keeping with the property, planners felt.
The application was submitted at 73 Heath Lane, Great Boughton by, Allison Hart.
The single-storey new build would be erected at the rear of the house, Mrs Hart told planning officers at Cheshire West and Chester Council.
Part of existing single-story space at the property would be demolished.
No objections were raised by Great Boughton Parish Council or by neighbours who were consulted.
The application was recommended for approval and permission was agreed.
