A CAREERS convention at The Queen’s School has helped inspire girls to achieve.

Professionals from architecture to accountancy, photography to film-making and languages to law were on hand to give advice to girls in Years 10 and 11 and their parents.

Organiser Sue Bright said: “I would like to thank all of the advisers who attended the event. We really appreciate their help.

“The girls found the morning really valuable, as it helped them understand the importance of keeping an open mind and exploring all career options, even ones they have never thought of before.”
