A man who admitted stealing from his employers will be sentenced at the end of the month.

Paul Henshaw, 47, of Grace Road in Ellesmere Port, first appeared at Mold Crown Court in August.

He admitted eight of the ten theft charges he faced and the case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report.

Henshaw was charged with theft while an employee of UPS – United Parcel Service - on the Deeside Industrial Park.

He admitted high value thefts of £9,000, £1,000 and other amounts but denied a £10,300 theft and a £1,100 theft both in March of this year.

Today (Friday, October 9) the prosecution offered no further evidence against him on those two charges and he was formally found not guilty.

Judge Philip Harris-Jenkins bailed him until October 22 for sentence for the original charges.
