A children’s hospice had a milk float full of Easter eggs thanks to a dairy and its customers.

Claire House Children’s Hospice was overwhelmed when the traditional milk float from Mortons & Harrisons Dairies pulled up.

The egg-stra special Easter delivery came from the family-owned business which has seven depots across the region including Wirral , which serves Ellesmere Port and Neston.

It teamed up with customers to donate Easter eggs to children and their families at the hospice.

Julian Harrison, joint managing director, said: “Claire House Children’s Hospice is very close to our hearts.

“We are thrilled that our customers were able to join us and donate so many Easter eggs and really pleased to be able to contribute in a small way to support the great work done at Claire House Children’s Hospice.”
