NHS staff raised more than £200 to support charities throughout the UK as part of Text Santa Christmas Jumper Day (18 December).

Teams from Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) raised the funds through various activities including games, raffles, cake sales and by donating money otherwise spent on Christmas cards.

The Text Santa appeal was the final fundraiser for CWP in 2015 which has seen thousands of pounds raised for good causes including; Prostate Cancer, British Heart Foundation, World AIDS Day, Children in Need, Kisiizi Hospital in South West Uganda and many more.

CWP also has its own charity (CWP charity) where people can raise funds to make a difference in the lives of local people using services provided by the Trust, their carers and families.
