Eclipse Creative Consultants Limited, based in Vicars Cross, Chester, held a Onesie Day in aid of The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity recently.
Each member of the Eclipse team wore their favourite onesie in the office and out and about in client meetings around the region, raising more than �700 for the charity.
Mark Astbury, director of Eclipse, commented: “We all know someone who has been affected by cancer and we understand how devastating it can be when it happens to a loved one. We believe in working hard and playing hard and we thought we would combine the two.”
By raising funds for The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, Eclipse has provided support for the charity to offer the most up to date treatment; maintain vital research; treat patients with leading edge equipment and to help provide a life-changing support service that may otherwise be unavailable.
Mark concluded: “I would like to thank the fantastic team here at Eclipse for wholeheartedly supporting our Onesie Day and to all the clients, friends and family who donated.”
Rachel Stow, managing director, Thorneycroft Solicitors, donated via the Eclipse’ Just Giving page and said: “We have been a client of Eclipse for many years and were delighted to support their Onesie Day for such a great cause. The Onesie Day coincided with one of our events and we received a supportive visit from Nikki, marketing planner at Eclipse, wearing her onesie!”
Jade Barrett, area fundraising manager at The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity said: “What a fantastic way to raise money for The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. Judging by the photographs everybody had fun and a huge amount of money was raised too. We are so grateful to all the staff at Eclipse Creative Consultants Ltd helping us to raise funds for Clatterbridge cancer patients across the region.”
