Chester Mystery Plays fundraiser is a success

Next cycle of medieval plays will be performed at Chester Cathedral in 2018

The team behind the highly acclaimed Chester Mystery Plays held a fundraising event for the 2018 production at the Canonry in Abbey Street.

The music of Roy Clinging and his concertina welcomed guests as they walked through Abbey Square and was complemented by Mike Riley and his guitar throughout the evening.

The event, by kind permission of Canon Jeremy Dussek, was organised by Inger Trevor-Barnston and was described as a ‘very happy and successful occasion.’
