GLEEFUL children enjoyed a summer holiday workshop at Chester Music Theatre in Boughton.
Youngsters, aged five to 11, learned songs and dances from the hit musicals Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, The Sound of Music, The Lion King and Mary Poppins for a performance at the end of the week.
Anna Feeney, grandmother of five-year-old Luke Feeney, said: “The workshop was the first step for Luke on his drama and dance journey. I was very impressed!”
Managing director of CMT Cally Thomas said: “Feedback on the show and the workshop as a whole have been extremely positive. It’s rewarding to know the children enjoyed their time and their hard work has paid off. It was a fantastic show.”
