A judge will be summing up today (Tuesday, March 15) in a blackmail case involving an alleged kidnap in a black stolen Audi in which there were two bogus policemen.

It’s the eighth day of the trial at Caernarfon Crown Court in which Nathan Parry, 37, of Jack’s Wood, Ellesmere Port and Natalie Goode, 33, of Willow Road, Lache, Chester, deny charges of kidnapping, blackmail and false imprisonment.

Parry also pleads not guilty to intimidating the alleged victim, a 33-year-old man who lives in the Oswestry-Welshpool area.

Yesterday, Goode’s barrister Mark le Brocq said she would not be giving evidence in her own defence.
