Proceeds from Chester's first official comic con raised more than £600 for a city charity.
The event, on Sunday, September 25 at Chester Racecourse, was a sell out with thousands attending as their favourite characters from screen and comics.
Organisers Alistair Blake, Mark Jones and Stuart Stevenson held a charity auction in aid of the Hospice of the Good Shepherd raising £640 from comics, figures and games donated by Diamond Comic Distributors and The Witch King of Hanmer.
Mark and Stuart, who also organised Brook Street Carnival, have raised funds for the hospice in the past as both Marks parents were cared for there.
The cheque was handed over to hospice administrator Philip Crawford by Alistair, Mark and Stuart along with volunteers Eddie Welch, John Bank, Patrick Vianello and Sarah Fox Hardy.
Also in attendance were cosplayers from the event Steve and Aimee from Geek-Ta-Scale (as Batman and Poison Ivy), Julia Noller, as Harley Quinn, Lee Bousfield as The Joker, Dan Guest as Doctor Fate and CJ Knight as Catwoman.
