DEVA Racing has announced the purchase of their latest horse with Grand National winning trainer Donald McCain.

The horse is an unraced son of classic race winner Brian Buru and is related to six-time winner Wymott, who is also trained by Donald at his Bankhouse Stables at the Cholmondeley Castle Estate.

“He is from a good tough family that I have done well with,” said Donald.

“He is related to Wymott but looks a more racier type than him.”

Deva Racing manager Mike Foster added: “Donald had a really good year last year and capped it off by winning the Grand National but he has not rested on his laurels and has bought some nice horse for this season.

“He won’t take much getting ready and owners can expect to be at the races in a couple of months. He has the makings of being a really nice horse.”

With 12 shares available this is a really affordable way of becoming a racehorse owner.
