A man threatening to jump from the roof of a day centre brought chaos to the Countess of Chester Health Park tonight (Wednesday, March 4).

Staff, visitors and motorists were delayed while the emergency services, including the police helicopter, were called to the Jubilee Day Centre in the grounds of the Countess of Chester Hospital at about 8pm, following reports that a man was on the roof.
