Café Rouge Cheshire Oaks has unveiled a redesigned bistro with a theme celebrating Parisian fashion.

Throughout the 100-cover restaurant, the decor is bespoke and includes a wall of beautiful shoes in the style of LouBoutin, framed images of iconic French Vogue covers, collections of vintage perfume bottles and a bespoke mannequin window lighting display.

The heated outside seating area, with room for over 50 diners, has also undergone a rejuvenation.

Brand director Georgia Hall said: “We hope this premium Parisian style bistro redesign appeals to Cheshire Oaks discerning shoppers. This is the first time we’ve really designed a bespoke bistro theme so we’re looking forward to the new look.

“We also have a new ‘Plats Rapides’ menu launching 22 March, containing all our daytime favourites like freshly baked baguettes, croques, quiches and omelettes – fast French day dishes at a great price – which should be good options for glamorous grazers too.”

The bistro is also serving their ‘Best of the Best’ menu all day every day. Executive chef Duncan McEwan has explored 26 years of Café Rouge dishes and French cuisine – from their debut recipes in 1989 right through to current French food trends. The menu now includes classic Paris snails, confit de canard, poulet breton and seabass en papillote alongside their signature dish steak frites and ‘decadent desserts’ with an extensive French wine list.

On the re-launch, restaurant manager David Jackson said: “The restaurant is already frequented by a plenty of fashionistas and the new look will surely make us the go-to restaurant at Cheshire Oaks for guests looking to unwind or gear up for a hard day’s shop.

“The design team have really gone the extra mile with touches such as the fashion label branded table tops, whilst the overall feel of the restaurant is more intimate and cosy. We simply love it!.”
