A PERFORMING arts school is spreading its theatrical wings into Chester.
Cheeky Chops began life in what was once Sutton High School, Ellesmere Port and has proved such a success its creator, actor Jamie Evans, is bringing it to Blacon Community Centre.
Jamie has been working for more than three years in theatre and film. His credits include the national tour of Bill Kenwrights 'Blood Brothers' but last year he decided to concentrate on helping others climb the ladder of fame.
He set up Cheeky Chops, teaching children from aged four upwards and adults music, dance and drama.
Jamie said: “We have some fantastic new teachers working with us including Danny Douglas, whose credits include 'Hollyoaks' and Suzanne Mansfield a fantastic singing coach.
“Things are truly going from strength to strength and we would like thank everyone who has helped along the way and would encourage children and adults alike to come and join the number one fastest growing theatre group in Ellesmere Port and Chester.”
Cheeky Chops will open in Chester with a series of free two-hour sessions running from 2pm until 6pm on Sunday, February 14, from 5pm-7pm on Monday, February 15 and from 4.30pm-6.30pm on Tuesday February 16.
From 7-8.30pm that night, there will also be a class for adults.
After that, sessions will run every Monday starting on February 22 at 5pm until 7pm for kids aged four to 16 and from 7.30-9pm for adults from 17 plus.
