Abbey Gate College student and Formula 4 racer pedalling around Wales with dad and best friend in aid of good cause

ABBEY Gate College, Chester student and teenage motor racer Seb Morris is midway through an endurance cycling challenge.

Seb, 17, has joined his dad Phillip and best friend Matt Groome to pedal the circumference of Wales.

Rising star Seb, who is currently challenging for the BRDC Formula 4 championship, is looking to cycle 700 miles.

The trio started off in Wrexham on Sunday, before heading to Montgomery. The route then takes the team across Kilpeck, Caerleon, Burry Port, St Davids, Aberaeron, Aberdovey, Nefyn, Cemaes Bay and back home.

They have decided to raise some much-needed money for Great Ormond Street Hospital, which requires more than £50m each year. The money goes to fund the running of the hospital which helps sick children and their families.

Seb said: “We cannot thank you enough for your contribution no matter how much it really all does help.”
