A41 at Broxton reopened after crash

Driver taken to hospital, but nobody seriously injured in the accident

Police and other emergency services have been dealing with the accident

The A41 at Broxton has reopened after a multi-vehicle crash.

A Mini, two lorries and a cement mixer were involved in the accident at around 6.30am on Friday (November 20).

The driver of the Mini was taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital 'as a precaution', but it was confirmed the woman's injuries were minor.

Police have now lifted the closures put in place at Milton Green and the hamburger roundabout in Chester.

Fuel and oil is believed to have spilt on to the road, but Cheshire Police confirmed all issues around the crash had been resolved.
