Independent estate agency group Hunters has announced its expansion in Cheshire.

Personal agents Alison and John Holton are opening a branch – having established Hunters Frodsham.

Andy Bushell, sales director at Hunters Property Group, said: “Since 1992, we have grown rapidly, both organically and through acquisitions, to become the UK’s fastest-growing independent estate agency network with more than 100 branches nationwide.

“To see one of our personal agents thrive in their local region and go on to establish a family-run office is extremely encouraging, and acts as a real motivation to both our current personal agents and those wishing to join the Hunters network in the future.”

Alison Holton founded Hunters Frodsham following a career spanning more than 20 years in the housebuilding industry.

Most recently, she was sales and marketing director for a number of developers, including Arley Homes and Morris Homes.

In taking the opportunity to join the Hunters Network in 2012, Alison has gone from strength to strength, combining her existing industry skills and local knowledge with the Hunters brand, resulting in her Rising Star Best Personal Agent award at the 2012 National Hunters conference.

Following a corporate career in consultancy, John joined Alison in the business last year and together they will continue to serve the local community will their property needs.

Alison said: “With the continued support from the Hunters Estate Agents network, we aspire to expand our team, our property portfolio and our reach by opening another office in the future.”
