Hill Dickinson hosting seminar on legal and financial issues facing farming community

THE LEGAL and financial issues facing the modern farmer will be the topic of the day at a forthcoming event hosted by leading law firm, Hill Dickinson and HSBC.

THE LEGAL and financial issues facing the modern farmer will be the topic of the day at a forthcoming event hosted by leading law firm, Hill Dickinson and HSBC.

Marking the launch of Hill Dickinson’s new Chester based agricultural team, the seminar, to be held at Willington Hall, Cheshire on Tuesday 29 November at 7pm will cover a range of subjects which are currently high on the agenda of the farming industry.

Hill Dickinson’s specialist lawyers will provide an overview of topics including:

Partnership and business formation

Wills and succession planning

Inheritance tax and capital gains tax

Powers of attorney and mental capacity

Voluntary land registration and adverse possession

Attendees will be provided with the opportunity to ask questions and raise any other issues of interest following the expert sessions.
