A CHESTER law firm has bucked trends by adding a new recruit to its commercial property team, despite continuing uncertainty in the regional market.

Aaron and Partners, based on Foregate Street, has hired real estate specialist Emma McGlinchey as a partner.

Emma has lived in Hoole for more than 15 years and was previously a senior associate in the Manchester offices of law firm Gateley. She has acted for a wide range of clients during more than a decade in the business.

Emma said: “Aaron and Partners is a growing law firm with a fantastic reputation across the region.

“To join the firm as a partner is an honour and I am looking forward to playing my part in shaping the future direction of the firm.”

Aaron and Partners chief executive Andy Duxbury said: “The fact that Emma has decided to join us strongly demonstrates our growing stature and ambition in the commercial property sector.

“She brings with her a wealth of expertise in a field that is at the core of our commercial offering to businesses across the region and I am sure she will be an asset to the practice and our clients.”

Aaron and Partners is Cheshire’s largest commercial law firm and employs 100 people.
