A Chester-based law firm has continued its expansion with the appointment of a new partner in its real estate team.

Trish Randles has joined Aaron & Partners from Walker Smith Way Legal, where she was a partner in the commercial property department.

Trish has considerable expertise in commercial landlord and tenant work, and will divide her time between the firm’s Chester and Shrewsbury offices, enabling her to serve clients based in both locations.

The real estate team was among eight of the firm’s departments recommended in the Chambers and Partners UK 2014 rankings, twice as many as any other Cheshire law firm.

The guide describes the real estate team as offering a wide variety of commercial property expertise, with particular strengths in landed estates, renewables and waste management, utilities and the retail sector.

Trish said: “The company has shown considerable growth in recent years, in particular in its real estate team. I am delighted to be joining one of the region’s strongest and most diverse specialist real estate teams at such an exciting time.

“I look forward to working with the rest of the team and providing Aaron & Partners’ wide range of expertise to my clients.

Andy Duxbury, chief executive, said: “Trish brings with her a great deal of experience and expertise along with a notable reputation amongst property agents, which will further strengthen our real estate team at a time when demand for our services is growing.”

Aaron & Partners employs more than 100 people in total and has offices in Chester, Manchester and Shrewsbury.
