LOOKING through the beauty products I collected throughout last month, I realise I could open a small shop.

At the moment I’m obsessed with Lush products. I’ve spent a small fortune in there recently on the American Cream and The Retread conditioners - both of which I’m very pleased with. The Retread conditioner in particular leaves my hair feeling silky smooth, whilst the American Cream leaves it smelling like a delicious vanilla cake!

Also from Lush, I purchased Ro’s Argan Skin Conditioner, which acts like a conditioner for your hair, except you slather it over your body instead – just rinse it off and be pleasantly
surprised. The argan oil is super moisturising and is renowned for having anti-aging properties, which makes me want to spread dollops of it all over my face and neck. Be
cautious about leaving this product on throughout the day though as it will leave you feeling greasy and sticky if you don’t rinse it off properly. Soft skin is wonderful; slimey skin, not so good.

In terms of makeup, I’ve been on a mission for a while to find a foundation that makes my skin look bright and dewy. The Bobbi Brown Long Lasting Natural Finish Foundation
provides just that. It’s designed for oily/combination skin, but it works a treat on my dry problematic skin. I think the best way to compliment your face is to make your skin look
glowing and healthy and this Bobbi Brown foundation creates that very look. It provides a light, buildable coverage that lasts all day without looking heavy on my skin.

It’s no secret that I’m a huge Estee Lauder fanatic. My love for the Bronzed Goddess palette continues to flourish. Every time I think I’ve tried every combination of ‘pink lips and
lids’, ‘pink lids and brown lips’, ‘nude makeup with rosy cheeks’ combos, boom – I go and discover that the lipsticks look amazing on my lids too. I have recently been sporting golden bronze eyelids courtesy of the moisture-rich lipstick, which adds a hint of colour to my eyes without looking powdery.

In terms of fashion, I’m having a love affair with cotton scarves because they keep me warm in work (a compromise between being smart and sitting at my desk in a duvet). My favourite
scarf from last month is from Marks & Spencer. It’s a soft cotton material so it feels lovely against my skin, and the white background with pink flowers makes it perfectly suited to
spring.

Not forgetting nails, the Essi polishes have been a firm favourite of mine for a long time. In a whole host of different shades, the Essie brand has their finger firmly on the fashion pulse
when it comes to beautiful talons. The shade ‘Bahama Mama’ is my new favourite – a rich plum purple colour with a mirror-shine finish. It’s a classic hue that looks fantastic with most
outfits.
