The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Music is the key ingredient to Zumba classes. The score, created with specific beats and tempo changes, transitions the workout from one toning, strengthening or cardio move to another.

It’s a great way to lose weight, increase strength and co-ordination.

Instructional classes are offered at gyms by trained Zumba teachers all over the UK.
