Totally Aktive Military Bootcamps held another of their bootcamp challenges at Delamere Forest.

This time the event was a fox and hounds challenge where, after splitting the group into two teams, they set them off with a head start being given to the foxes and the hounds having to follow and catch up with them a couple of minutes later.

The teams had to make it to different checkpoints and carry out a forfeit if they were caught.

As they worked their way to the final checkpoint the whole group had to negotiate an assault course, climbing under fallen trees and cam nets while scrambling their way through deep mud and out of a waist-deep water trench.

The events are free with all participants asked to make a donation to a different charity. Last week’s donations went to the children’s cancer charity Candlelighters Trust.
