Players and staff at Chester FC have shown their support for Chester Pride this Saturday.

Event organiser Helen Pickin-Jones and Pride host ‘Lady Wanda Why’ joined manager Steve Burr and players at their training centre at MBNA on the Chester Business Park this morning (Thursday, October 2).

Helen said: “We contacted Chester FC who were more than willing to get involved with the event although they can’t make it on Saturday as they have a match in the afternoon.”

Lady Wanda Why added: “We are delighted Chester FC are backing Pride especially because of the Rainbow Laces campaign.  It is a step forward for football.”
