CHESTER: Museums at Night event - From Abbey to Cathedral - as part of the nationwide initiative, Chester Cathedral is providing a unique opportunity to view the Cathedral as night falls complete with special performance telling the Cathedral’s story, from 6.30-10pm. DEESIDE: The Denbighshire and Flintshire Agricultural Society holding a Countryside Day at Greenfield Valley. The day will comprise of countryside themed demonstrations, exhibits and educational stands alongside trade stands and a food hall selling delicious local produce. Visitors can expect to see demonstrations of traditional techniques such as stonewalling and wool spinning alongside working dogs, blacksmiths, Farriers, livestock exhibits, sheep sheering, a safe shooting school and cast fishing.
