TOMORROW (Friday) at the Laugh Inn, Chester, Danny McLoughlin introduces Simon Evans, regular compère and top comedian Dan Nightingale and Archie Kelly.
Simon Evans is an established act on the UK stand-up comedy circuit with a growing TV profile - most recently on Mock the Week.
His style has been characterised as aloof, sardonic and sharp-witted.
TV appearances in 2010 include the Michael McIntyre Roadshow in Sunderland.
Teacher-turned-stand-up Archie Kelly is a comedian most decidedly in the old tradition of northern clubs.
One of stand-ups brightest stars and a regular at the Laugh Inn, Dan Nightingale is a natural on stage. He combines cutting observation with his natural playfulness.
Joining Archie Kelly and Dan Nightingale on stage this Saturday is Steve Shanyaski who, in 2003, stood up, unchained himself from his desk and walked out of a mind-numbing logistics job in order to pursue a career in comedy.
