Forum Studio Theatre in Chester plays host to Merseymania night

CHESTER'S Forum Studio Theatre will echo to the music of The Beatles and other well known Liverpool bands from the Swinging Sixties when the venue plays host to The Beatclub as they present Merseymania on Saturday.

Fronted by Liverpool musician Steve Quillon, who first appeared at The Cavern Club with his band Hamble's Exaggeration in 1969, The Beat Club will perform songs made famous by the Fab Four and other popular Liverpool bands who appeared at the famous venue during the Merseybeat era.

Following his early appearance aged 17 at the Cavern, Steve went on to follow in The Beatles footsteps by performing at many of the venues they appeared at locally including The Blue Angel and Chester's own Royalty Theatre.

Full details of all upcoming shows are available at www.chestertheatre.co.uk where tickets can also be booked online. Alternatively, contact the box office on 01244 341296. Tickets can also be booked at the Tourist Information Centres in Chester and Wrexham.
