ARGUABLY Britain’s most magical family take to the Runcorn stage in March.
Illusionist Paul Daniels and wife Debbie McGee will be joined by Paul’s son Martin for the show on March 1.
One of the most successful TV magicians of recent decades, Paul Daniels will be continuing to enchant audiences in the second leg of the trio’s mammoth nationwide tour.
Their critically acclaimed show Hair Today Gone Tomorrow exhibits their blend of comedy magic, although Paul promises not to dance. Š
Since reading How To Entertain At Parties at 11, Paul has been entertaining the masses, from tricks for his fellow servicemen during his National Service, to audiences in their millions on prime-time TV.
In 1970 he was spotted by a TV producer and was soon hosting his own show The Paul Daniels Show (BBC1).
He hosted a number of other television series from Odd One Out, Every Second Counts, Wipeout, and Wizbit.
In recent years, Paul appeared on Da Ali G Show (Channel 4), Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway (ITV) and Strictly Come Dancing (BBC).
A tour spokeswoman said: “Paul has entertained the likes of Princes William and Harry, The Sultan Of Brunei, The Sultan Of Oman, Prince Rainier Of Monaco, Barry White, John Major and countless others.”
Martin began helping his dad with magic tricks as a child and has gone on to make a string of TV appearances.
