Come to North Wales Jazz Society Christmas jam session

THE autumn season of weekly jazz concerts at the Royal British Legion Club, Llay, Wrexham, comes to an end on Tuesday, December 6, when the Christmas celebration jam session takes place.

The North Wales Jazz Society’s festive concert is always a highlight and this one will be the last event until February.

Jazz-lovers can be assured of hearing great music from guest musicians, typically including sax, trumpet, guitar and vocals, accompanied by the keyboards, double bass and drums of the North Wales Jazz Trio.

There will be free mince pies and crackers, and a grand raffle.

The music begins at 8.30pm and admission is £6.50, concessions £5.50, with a special rate of £3 for schoolchildren and sitters-in.

The NWJS is currently planning an exciting programme of events for the new year.
